Return & Refund Policy

1. When Can You Return an Item?
You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are still intact.

  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
     

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Bedding & linen that has been opened or used

  • Skincare and beauty products

  • Clearance items or products marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized pieces
     

3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, simply email us at info@adagencyshaurya.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.

  • We suggest using a trackable courier service to avoid any delivery issues.
     

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item reaches us and is checked:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
     

6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (for size, color, or due to a defect), contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you with the exchange process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours along with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing and cancellation might not be possible.
